  We were in a tough spot when our diesel motorhome wouldn’t start after fueling up at the Fas Gas after business hours. With multiple failed attempts to get it going we had AMA drop us off in front of John’s shop. We were on our way to a family reunion with multiple kids including a 1.5 month old and a puppy with a broken leg on its way to surgery the next day, we were in a tough spot. Did we ever make a good decision. We spent the night and waited for the shop to open the next morning. John helped us our right away, treated us like long time Customers and quickly diagnosed our problem, bypassed a failed sensor/relay so we could get going again and he fixed fuel leaks in my return lines that I had been putting off and charged my A/C, all for less than what I was expecting. His wife even stayed to take phone calls at the office so he could prioritize getting me back in the road right away. Innisfail is lucky to have such a great mechanic who treats his customers like family.

  I'm visiting from Colorado and my Jeep gets slammed by a gust of wind and hits a patch of ice--I go spinning off into the shoulder and wind up upside down in the snow. Two miracles from God: I walked away with not even a scratch. And my Jeep survived. However, most everyone told me my engine would be toast from running upside down. I checked online reviews and took it to Innisfail 2020.
  
  John--the owner--checked it out. The engine would not turn over. He pulled out the spark plugs, started it up--oil blew everywhere. But after some careful work, John got my Jeep running again! He even repaired my side window which got ripped.
  
  All along, I got email updates on the status of my repair--never had that before. And the final charge was very reasonable for all he did to get me going again. And my Jeep still runs like a champ!
  
  Another time, my wife's car had a loose part in the undercarriage that was flapping badly. John was booked solid, but figured out a way to get me in first thing so I could get on the road again. Sidney, one of his star mechanics, got it fixed in about 40 minutes!
  
  In short, I highly recommend Innisfail 2020. John is professional, kind, courteous and intelligent--plus he's also a volunteer firefighter. Kudos to Sidney as well--she's a skilled and personable mechanic!

  The owner is awesome to talk to, helped me load my truck and the customer service in general was above and beyond. Also super cool that they offer helium in innisfail!

  This is truly your definition of a small town mechanic in the sense of them being nothing but honest, your treated as family and that they practically bend over backwards to make sure their customers leave happy and satisfied!
  I could not recommend a better place to trust with your vehicle!

  Excellent service!! I’m from out of town and I got service like I’ve lived in Innisfail my whole life. The quote I was given was honoured 100%. Friendly staff, pleasant to deal with. I would travel from out of town to deal with this shop again
